1. No Refunds

All purchases are final. By purchasing from our Tebex store, you agree that refunds will not be issued except where required by law.

2. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute made without first contacting staff may result in:

• Permanent store blacklist
• Permanent server ban
• Removal of all purchased items, and perks

3. Virtual Items

All items, crates, keys, and perks are virtual goods with no real-world value and may be modified, removed, or balanced at any time.

4. Server Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify packages
• Change perks and rewards
• Reset economies
• Wipe servers when necessary

Purchases do not guarantee permanent access to specific features.

5. Rule Compliance

Purchasing items does not exempt you from following server rules. Players may still be muted, kicked, or banned for rule violations.

6. Delivery Issues

If your purchase is not received within 30 minutes, create a support ticket before disputing the payment.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for purchases made on your Minecraft account. We are not responsible for lost, hacked, or shared accounts.

8. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, or attempts to exploit the store may result in permanent punishment and reporting to payment processors.

9. Agreement

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and all server rules.
